"New hotel owners doing their best to bring it to a level. Despite the outside of the building looking a bit grumpy and rundown, the rooms were clean and respectable and the staff really helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and I would go back again."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were super helpful. Parking set up with the Racecourse was easy and trouble free and secure. Lovely breakfast and excellent amenities in our room #5. Overall we thought it was excellent and good value for the price. We will be back."

"Room was clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff"

"We only stayed for 1 night but a cracking little pub and bnb. Breakfast was great but the highlight was the sleep, the bed was superb! We stayed during a rare british heatwave and the fan in the room did just enough but if we were there for a few days it would have been rough, so a summer stay for a few days may not be ideal."

"Great staff always friendly and helpful, fantastic, comfortable accommodation."

"Great location, staff and breakfast "

"This was our second time staying at the Old Coffee Tavern. We chose it as it was in a good location with a view of the church and in easy walking of the places we wanted to visit while we were in Warwick. There is no on site parking but only a short walk past the church to reach the Butts car park."
