Excellent hotel with 5 star service! Rooms very comfortable and good amenities. What sets this apart from many other hotels is the staff. Excellent service all round, couldn’t fault it. Staying again soon.

A stunning property with very helpful and friendly staff. The pillows in the room were incredibly soft and the bed a little smaller than what I'm used too.

Had a lovely stay, we were disappointed we didn’t have more time there to explore the grounds and surrounding area. The staff were very helpful always had a smile On their face and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return

6/10 Good

I booked the room that should be with bath and shower also (as was advertised on hotel.com) unfortunately when we came in room was there only shower. We stayed first night in this room and I asked member of staff if is possible get room that we booked with bath also. Next day we moved to room that has tiny bath but the fortune looks old and on website was cheaper than we booked originally. Not mention that heating didn’t work and radiators wasn’t work properly. Just we came with bad cold to home. We spent 2 nights in cold room , cheaper than we booked . Breakfast only one morning, nothing special for 25 pounds, burnt black pudding and cold eggs. Coffee really nice. Quite disappointed to be honest. They should gave us better room not worse and cold that we got.

Booked Ansty Hall for one night for the Take that concert, so can't comment on food or the bar as we never used them However the Hotel itself is excellent with lovely grounds and ample parking. Room was plenty big enough with a lovely shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was ready on arrival and kindly let us checked in so we could get ready for the concert.

Clean room and bathroom. Bed is comfy, its our 3rd time and we always enjoy our stay. The bar prices were too high in our opinion.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book.

Had a great overnight stay before meeting up with all our Family. The staff were so accommodating. They even organised a room just off the lounge so that our family could meet up for coffee and the three grandchildren could open their Xmas presents. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable and we even saw a woodpecker on the grounds. Thank you Ansty Hall.
