"The rooms were small but very comfortable, quiet, with a spacious bathroom. Robes and slippers were provided and also a mini fridge. The room also had a small balcony with came in handy to sit out and feel the night air. The lake view is breathtaking and the breakfast was excellent! You don't want to miss it!. Also the staff was super friendly and most could communicate in English, but my French was pregood and got me through. I cant wait to come back with famand friends to show them this place...

"Good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep, since you’ll probably be out exploring most of the time. It’s not a 5-star property, but it does the job for a night or two. Staff were friendly and the location is spot on — about a 10–15 minute walk to the lake and the center of Thun. Parking is available right next to the hotel and it’s affordable, but make sure to have some Swiss Franc coins on you."

"Located next to Thun castle, topmost attraction in town. Still quiet and and sublime. Best sauna/spa I've ever been. Breakfast included and excellent. We also dined at the restaurant and it was our best meal in Switzerland . Commendations to service from Herbert and Patrick. Simply Superb!"

"We only spend one night in that hotel and we thought it was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. The location was great and we were given a free passes for the bus to Thun town centre which we did use. The breakfast was varied and...

"It's hard to tell you how much this place is perfect. The place was so clean, the room was perfect and the location just beautiful in front of the lake. The staff at the restaurant was so nice and the breakfast buffet was just right! Come for the views, the proximity from the mountains, the cleanliness and the amenities. Thank you again!"

"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "The staff were very cordial and helpful. The rate is May was very high. It is an old hotel. The room was clean but the plug points for charging phone are all old so no USB connections. The hotel is only 5 to 7 min walk to Interlaken West Station so was v very convenient but it was expensive. The breakfast was excellent every morning. We stayed 4 days here. We would like K e to recognize John, very helpful overall and few front desk people - Regula, Nruna and Tanya. They were very helpful....

"I usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub I’m using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...

"Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent. "
