Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! what a gorgeous lobby! check in was easy and quick, esp when they give you a refreshing cold drink while waiting. staff was always nice and helpful during the whole trip (suggested places to see traditional dance performances, looked up times for Yoga Barn for me, etc). Rooms were perfectly clean and comfy- showers were a little strange bc it was entirely see through, but manageable. hotel was within walking distance to so many places to see, eat, and shop, as well as atm and marts. best...
Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.
Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy.
