"The staff was very friendly during check in and took the time and care to explain everything to us. They even upgraded us which was icing on the cake. The staff greeted us whenever we leave or come back to the hotel. Breakfast was really good, it had all the basic cold and hot selections. Hotel is like 5-10min walk to the interlaken OST train station. Would definintely stay at Carlton Europe Vintage Adults hotel again when i visit interlaken again."

"A beautiful which exceeded expectations. Spacious and luxurious recently refurbished. Beds very comfortable, beautiful views. Staff were excellent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well located for the station and the centre. Hotel is currently being refurbished so not full occupancy, but works were barely noticeable. Nice pool and spa area."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Artos. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and is less than a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. The surrounding area is beautiful and our room had a great view of the mountains. Staff was great and very helpful."
