This is a single room detached building beside the host’s house and it is absolutely delightful. The bed is comfy, the bathroom has lots of big fluffy towels, there is coffee and tea in the room. The weather was warm while we were there but there is cross ventilation and a fan, and we were able to enjoy breakfast outside in the beautiful garden. I would highly recommend this for a couple wanting a quiet place to stay that is convenient to explore the Salisbury area.

Fantastic location in the heart of Salisbury! Beautifully renovated Old World Inn sits alongside the River Naader. Local kids were swimming in the river next to the property for hours and thoroughly enjoying themselves. Some seating out front along the river but for dining the outdoor seating is alongside the river but the river is not visible - but you can hear it. The hotel is in between Stonehenge and Salisbury. You will need a car to get to it, but you will also need one to see Stonehenge and Salisbury. Renting a car was a great idea, it let us see all the great places around Stonehenge, including the beautiful cathedral of Salisbury. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and it has free wifi. There are a few places to eat right around the hotel that are walk distance.

The food (dinner and full English breakfast) were excellent (although no food is served on Tuesday evening, but there are nearby options available). London Pride on draft.
