"The staff and service were excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special, recommending places to visit and restaurants that we would enjoy. The Tattva spa was one of the highlights of the stay, particularly the Potli massage. The hygiene and general cleanliness was satisfactory. There was a large variety of dishes available at both breakfast and dinner, however it could have been a little more diverse for people that cannot eat so much spice....

"The staff are courteous but more training is required. I liked the dining, SPA and fitness center experience. While th check in experience was good, the check o in t experience needs work. Taking care of guest experience needs work. Management needs to be more visible. Noise abatement needs to be considered. "I very much wanted to love this place. It is obvious this used to be an elegant place in the past. Certainly all the people were great and as accommadating as could be. I appreciate that the property is undergoing extensive remoldeling. This is going to require millions of dollars. The first room I had in my December stay had a totally unclean, unsanitary, filthy nasty bathroom. They did move me to another room that was cleaner, but in need of maintenance.
