"The room was amazing! Like an apartment with the most amazing view! The front desk didn’t have anyone show us around the room and our keys wouldn’t work! The bellman tried and was most helpful but he couldn’t get it to work either. Breakfast was delicious however confusing on how to order. No signs or information provided. I’d stay again for the room, view and location and hope they work to address the little things that can make them 5 stars as the property and bellman is worth 5 stars"

"I so love this hotel. I have been there 4 years ago. Its in an incredible part of town, quiet quaint full of artists shops. There is even an adorable ginger cat that hung out in the grass in front. We came back again now and I plan to be back as well."

"Amazing hotel! The location is prime, views and steps to the Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was attentive to our needs and made check in/out swift and seamless. Our room was an Arno-view room with a terrace and it was fabulous. A must-stay property in Firenze."

"Location was not too far from the main parts but far enough to avoid crowds of the city. It looked like the room temperature cannot be controlled by the room thermostat It was centrally set to ~18C which during the day was perfect but at night, it felt cold. They provide 2 bottled water per day with no way to fill up water bottles. This was surprising since there was a lot of mention of being 'green'. The bar refused to fill up my water bottle due to 'hotel policy'. Breakfast was excellent with good friendly staff."

"I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and a quick walk to the metro, attractions and many dining options. The room provided many extra amenities such as water, coffee and bathroom slippers. The air conditioning unit in my room was very weak but kept the room tolerable. In hindsight, I should have asked for a fan. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."
