Lao people are incredibly friendly and I felt welcomed everywhere I went. "The room is just right for 2 people, not too spacious but its ok. It has a long desk and a view of the street but sound proof. Comfortable bed and walking distance to tourist spots and dining options. Ibis Vientiane Nam Pho is safe since it is 1 block away from Police station and Presidents Palace. Breakfast is good too, serving hot food. Highly recommended. "
