Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer.

The location is excellent surrounded by eateries a few steps away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was included so the convenience of the dining room opening at 630am allowed me to have plenty of time for activities. A gym and pool made the stay complete. I paid on average 24 USD plus taxes and I have stayed 7 weeks so far and will continue my stay for the durtation of my trip which is another 5 weeks. I will have stayed 88 nights of my 90 day trip to Laos. Laundry service was a bonus as a long term stay guest. The atmosphere here was friendly and vibrant modern hotel with courteous helpful staff and sheltered from any noise from the city roads. House keeping was readily avaibale for clean towels and water daily and management provided guests with bicyles and umbrellas when needed. They were very accommodating when my children came to visit we were able to get a family room. My return to Laos after over three years absence was highlighted by having a safe and comfortable home base for 7 weeks and I am confident it will be for the rest of my stay in Vientiane.

Hotel is situated a bit outside. We walked around 20 minutes to the nightmarket and Mekong. But it is an easy walk and there might be also a shuttle bus which we did not use. Hotel is great for the price if you don't expect too much.. Breakfast is very small but OK. Staff is very helpful and friendly

Great stay experience

This was great ! Very new hotel in what seem a new location for tourists. At first not sure but quite quickly we realised it was only 10min - 15mins walk to the main activity area , restaurants & markets . Even quicker by local taxi . So yes a great stay experience and we would stay again the future.

New hotel with clean rooms. Restaurant next door had nice food, though the breakfast was average. Personally I felt the decor felt a bit concrete and cold, but that's a preference thing. The hotel is also a distance away from the night market – the tuk tuk drivers we spoke to had no idea where it was so we were forced to go into another hotel and have them book us a taxi. Strangely, the hotel only offers shuttle into town, but not back.

We got this hotel just to be close to the airport. It was perfect for one night. We checked in late and left early so didn’t get to use any of the amenities or have breakfast, but the AC works great. Staff brought bags turbo lobby for us, but we had to bring them to the rooms ourselves.
