"I came on 27/12/24(FRI) at 21:35. When I got the room key, I let children take shower first and I use the washbasin. However, the drainage in the washbasin got problems and the water cannot go. After the staff checked, they quickly gave me another room. The water can go this time but not fast. I am sorry I didn’t give them good face as I am so tired that night and the children are all wet with soap when I know that I need to change room because of the drainage problem. "I have a wonderful time in this camp. The house was so dreamy like that one in storybook. We didn’t check the check-in time, so we were late at the check-in, so please do remember to check-in time is 3 pm to 6 pm. I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house. We have requested barbecue at the place....

"The Villa has two private hot baths (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) which is really nice. In the kitchen we would have liked a few more sharp knifes. Yufuin itself lies in very nice natural surroundings. However the vast majority of tourists in Yufuin are Chinese and Koreans, which reflects in very high prices in restaurants and street locales. Also the accommodation was a little bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall still a very nice stay."

"The two of us stayed at ryokan Reimei at the end of March and we booked the reimei room with an open bath. We had the best experience ever. We could go in for a dip whenever we felt like it. The shower is on the outside with the open bath and the coldness of the weather wasn’t a problem for us since the water of the shower was quite warm and you jump into the onsen right after… (I see lots of comments complaining about that). Dinner/breakfast service time and shuttle bus leaving time was chosen...
