"Good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep, since you’ll probably be out exploring most of the time. It’s not a 5-star property, but it does the job for a night or two. "This hotel is in the most beautiful setting right on Lake Thun. A gorgeous lawn leading down to the lake with recliners, tables and chairs, a bar, large chess board, and a place to go swimming. They also have a wonderful spa. The breakfast has so much variety to keep you going for the day. I especially loved the view from my room with a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains."

"Excellent service and location."

"The property was beautiful and our room had a great view. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. One note, when traveling to and from Interlaken, the busses take a 2-3 hour rest around dinner time so make sure to plan your afternoon accordingly."
