"My family stayed at this property June 30 through July 4. The location is perfect, convenient to all of the downtown attractions, and no more than a 10 minute drive to attractions outside of downtown. The mudhen’s ballpark is literally around the corner. The suite was very spacious with a beautiful view of downtown and the river. We chose self parking over valet, and we found it to be easy and probably more affordable than valet considering how often we went in and out of the lot. We did not try the restaurant in the lobby, but we did do the continental breakfast every morning. Pretty good selection and variety but a little redundant, I was surprised they were no pancakes or waffles in the four days we were there. But there was still plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Toledo."

"What a cool place to stay for a couple or with a family. The hotel was nice with many activities within the resort. The beds were a little squeaky (could hear ours plus people above us) and could hear kids running in the hallway but didn’t bother us too much. All employees were friendly and accommodating when we asked to stay one more night & not move rooms the day before the 4th of July. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was modern and big and the staff were friendly. As we didn't want to use the valet parking the staff recommended where to park nearby as we didn't need the car until we left. The room was excellent and the hotel is in a convenient location to walk around Toledo"
