We had a back alley access and a smelly huge trash bin leaking to our area. No guaranteed parking and we were lucky it was the rainy off season, as still looking to park. It is also a one way alley, so forget something you are back into the traffic to return the block. Close to food and water views if you walk to the square....6 minutes. The Boardwalk had great food and $$. They have an elevator that is located under and in the lower parking zone.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit loud some days. The room was sparse but we had cats with us, so I understand the minimalist due to animals. The bed & pillows could use an upgrade. Staff were great from check in to check out. Great pool & bars. We will definitely be returning. Great location. Love the all adults only !! Thank you.

The rooms were not the cleanest, the shower had dirt all through it. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The outdoor pool was so crowed and no place to sit. In the future we won’t stay here again. Also parking was terrible, you had to park a block or so away.

This is a motel size room. Smallest place I’ve ever stayed. The beds were not comfortable. The white thin shade on the window did not keep out any sunlight. Everything was very old and outdated in the room. Towels were super thin. There were earwigs one on nightstand and one in tub. It was clean but bathroom door appeared to have blood stains. We only stayed one of our two reserved nights. Staff was friendly at front counter. At pool they didn’t even reply hello back. Pool was nice but mostly played loud club music. The subway was convenient but not clean.

The staff was the best part of my stay!! This is a rinky dink party motel/resort I stayed in a king exterior room on the first floor. The place was hard to find, you have to go down the alley way where you see grand islander n Level 2 bar. This is definitely meant for party goers and young people... the music starts at 9am Saturday and Sunday. The bed was hard af!!! Didn't enjoy the bed and again the is a low grade resort, so don't expect much more then a place to sleep and smoke if you're a smoker. If you want something more comfortable n nicer then stay somewhere else. I know I will next time I visit the island.
