"We stayed for two nights, as we combined our stay from London to Alton towers Hotel was clean and inviting on arrival Unexpectedly you have to pay for the parking as was explained when we arrived There were two events in the evening of the two days we stayed. Which then when we arrived later back in the evening there was limited parking so we then had to park outside the hotel! Surely the hotel guests have the priority over the parking we got our payment back as compensation. A few people complained. Overall rooms and bathrooms were clean and bathrooms had a nice shower Breakfast was nice and always being replenished. A nice stay"

"Very impressed with this ibis hotel. It’s conveniently located close to the train station, making it ideal for a quick stopover. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was a good size. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom and toilet, which was clean and well presented. Overall, a great choice for a short stay after a long train journey before continuing on to the next part our my trip."

"A superb location with lovely garden views. Very serene, grand setting. Our room was in the China wing, beautiful room, very cosy. The common lounge room was inviting and grand, in fact the whole place is grand! Breakfast was excellent, select a cooked choice from the menu. Cereal, toast and juice alway available at buffet. Staff are lovely and well received at reception. Plenty of car parking. A delightful stay. Will stay longer next time. Love it."
