The property was incredibly convenient, excellent location central to West Bay. Easy access to loads of dinning options, activities and services. Beach front bar is epic and pool side oasis is incredibly relaxing. We loved our room

My family and I stayed here for seven days. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Carlos, the manager was amazing , the DJ at bar, Jack kept us laughing and entertained at the pool bar even made our kids chocolate shakes..everyone was so kind and attentive to our needs. My husband booked this resort for me I enjoyed my stay. Very relaxing my room was clean and it had everything I needed and more. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the beach and food at the bar. Beautiful ocean view and spectacular sunset. I will definitely be returning with my husband.

.I arrived at Upachaya in a state of mental and physical exhaustion. This is a fabulous place to unwind and de-stress. I curled up on the porch for two weeks and spent most afternoons simply reading and/or writing. I enjoyed falling asleep listening to the tree frogs and the men fishing in the bay. Francesca the manager was very accommodating in taking me to the immigration office to renew my residency card. (Immigration officer not so much. Said I have to come back in 4 weeks, 5 days before my card expires, Another $70 ferry ride from my island).

The Reef House is in a quiet part of the island. We went for relaxation and diving. The first night we snorkeled at night in the ocean pool and saw octapus, shrimp, flounder, small eels, and huge urchins. My older son wanted to fish, so they arranged a day of fishing and visiting a shallow area where nurse sharks and rays hang out, so we got to snorkel with them. Staff was amazing

The staff are very friendly, nice beach, nice view, very good food, they have a variety of activities in the resort, like horse-back ride, kayak, live music,fire show,garifuna dance and excellent location for divers

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at Puerta Azul in July 2022. Talia and her staff were always helpful and friendly. Puerta Azul was an ideal place to relax and unwind, as it was located in Sandy Bay away from the busy resorts and cruise ship traffic. Idyllic location. Spectacular diving. Like Heron Island 20 years ago.

Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean and had delicious breakfast.
