Breakfast was superb. We have travelled the world and this was the best hotel based breakfast we have had. Close to old town but far enough to be lovely and quiet. Beach chairs on ocean looking across at beautiful old church. We had read reviews about proximity to the road and noise. Yes, our first floor window opened onto the road but the cars go 15 mph and the walls of the hotel are literally 3 foot thick stone and the window is pretty sound proof. Staff are helpful but not intrusive....
The hotel is truly a gem! Located at the shore of the bay in the center of Prcanj, in an old stone house of the XVIII century, very close to Kotor. Enjoy the beautiful nature, old monuments, Orthodox and Catholic churches, private beach with crystal clean water. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, perfectly clean property, gorgeous architecture, breathtaking scenery... We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!
Very nice and attentive staff. Asked for soap (dispenser in room was broken) and it was brought in 2 minutes. The shower was a bit of a challenge (small). Only had shampoo a soap- no conditioner.

This was one of our favorite hotels on our trip to Croatia and Montenegro. It’s a small boutique hotel and had a small pool and very comfortable lounge chairs by the sea. Breakfast was very good. The only negative thing to say is be careful when you dine at their restaurant. We had lunch and it was so good we decided to eat dinner there, despite some negative reviews about the pricing. Wonderful restaurant, outdoor grill, private beach! The rooms and balcony were wonderful. Darko was an excellent receptionist taking care of every detail. Had spa sessions and massage therapist was very good! Beautifully decorated and the setting couldn’t be more romantic!
We have the best memories about visiting Montenegro. I highly recommend the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel: beautiful not just a room- one bedroom apartment and very clean, Breakfast had lots of choices. Staff was exceptionally nice. Beach was nice-the best that European beaches can offer.
This was a wonderful place within the walls of old town Kotor. The room looked like the inside of a medieval castle (in a good way). The staff was wonderful, breakfast (included) was excellent with a personal chef to make our latte and cheese omelette. It was a challenge to find, nestled in the heart of old town, but the information desk outside the old town was very helpful, directing us to the hotel entrance. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Excellent hotel and services. The region however has infrastructure problems particularly related to sewerage. In this connection it is not advisable to swim at the shore of the hotel.
