"Pool was empty almost daily it was really nice to not have to fight for space. Most people are snorkeling or diving. We still claimed chairs in the morning because some days chairs get claimed quickly. The rooms were great with full kitchens and options for roll away beds for kids that were really comfortable! Even for an adult. The breakfast was yummy daily and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant a few times but it’s pricey and the bar is pricey. Walking on the beach to other restaurants was perfect tho! "

"We love staying at Arca, the only complaint I have is how the receptionist Sasha made me feel, I felt I was just a credit card for her. The bed can be better. The food and drinks here are great the bar and restaurant is amazing. The day before check out we were approached with the check out invoice during sunset, worst experience ever and it ruin my sunset time, guest don't want to review a check out invoice while enjoying sunset in your bathing suit. I didn't mentioned it to the manager and he understood, hopefully this change as its not nice, I told the manager that is best to leave it at the room the night before check out, this is usually done at high-end boutique resorts. "

The breakfast was delicious with great variety and fresh options every morning The location is perfect: many restaurants and shops are super close, and the beach is just a short walk away. The staff was exceptional, especially Kimberly, who was always smiling, helpful, and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely return"
