They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Loved staying here. Great communication and pickup at airport and the hotel was quiet with spotless rooms and awesome friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again!

Spent three nights there in July 2014. It is one of the major resorts in Khao Lak and has its own stretch of beach. It boasts a serpentine pool that is over three kilometers long. It is great for families or anyone who wants to get away and relax. This place is not really suited to the partying crowd.

Amazing property with great vip benefits

I was so impressed with this hotel. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I don’t speak the language but not once did I get that annoyed impression from anyone i asked for help. I wanted to take home the housekeeping lady. She was so sweet and kind.

Loved this hotel! It’s modern, clean, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, beds and pillows were super comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful resort, great breakfast buffet, the staff were extremely helpful. Wewent on day trip to see the James Bond Islands with guide. Totally recommend you see it with a luncheon included on floating restaurant. Food was yummy! Pool was near beach and between hotel room buildings that was artistic and with pool bar! We would go back!! For those with children it was very family friendly.

An excellent place to stay, poolside room was amazing as was the breakfast with options changing daily. Nicely appointed room with modern charging facilities, good eateries close by especially a local Thai restaurant 200 meters away, great food and cheap.

If you're coming for a beach holiday, this place may not be for you. But if you're happy sitting by a beautiful pool, looking out overy the sea and soaking in the sun then this hotel is for you. The staff are great and so helpful, the whole hotel was well maintained and so green all around and it's in a good location in that it's far enough away from the crowds but also close enough to great little restaurants and street food vendors. The hotel runs lots of activities and shuttle buses...

The hotel, beach and food are nice, but the best is the service!! Everyone was always helpful and with a welcoming smile. We travel a lot and this hotel is highly recommended.
