"Clean, beautiful rooms. The staff are friendly and multilingual. The food is fresh and delicious, with excellent vegan options. The drinks are generous. I would enjoy staying here again!"
"How in this world you will keep an open bathroom, there are some basic privacy that we all need , not having a door to have a private moment was very disgusting"
"Property is new and very isolated. Queues to check in and out were exceptionally long on both occasions I have stayed here. Staff were very professional but irritations such as NO WAKE-up service and restrictions in using the One-way airport shuttle service spoiled what could be a splendid short stopover property"
"Nice hotel close to the airport. 15 mins walk to El retiro. Nice Reims although sink was kind of clogged or at least water run slowly. Walkable area with a market across and around it. A few places to grab a sandwich or coffee very close. Nice staff."
"The room was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from metro and train. The window offers a view of downtown apartments with satellite dishes and clothesline of real people living real lives. Bathroom and toiletries were clean and practical. I would return but book earlier to reduce the June hiked price."
