"What a fantastic find! Perfect location, perfect building, perfectly helpful staff. We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we are in Porto!"
"Our room, #402, was very small, but efficiently designed. Very clean, friendly staff, bed comfortable. Okay for 1 night stay for early morning flights. Nice to have "free" airport shuttle service."
"So much noise from inside the hotel and out, could not sleep. Pillows were like bags of clumped material, no support and sore neck as a result - did ask for additional pillows as you only get one per person, but it was the same as the first. Also, the toilet had only a could of inches of space in front of it, meaning you have to sit on it sideways to use it if you're over 5ft tall. "
"Our room was fine but found it very noisy from the adjacent rooms and the room above us. We were on the 7th floor. It’s a shame they don’t have a simple coffee shop in the hotel for those of us who don’t want a huge breakfast. Close to the subway which is great to get downtown.
