"I stayed here during an overnight connection and had a good experience. The room was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the professional, English-speaking staff. A quick taxi from T2 was only about 6,000 KRW (US$4). Heading back to the airport, the hotel’s shuttle bus was a full-sized motor coach that left on time (on the hour). If you need a comfortable place to recharge before your next leg, I’d definitely recommend staying here."

Excellent stay at Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong!
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Myeongdong, surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and street food stalls. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a nice view of the city.
The staff is very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would also like to mention the lady who was responsible for cleaning my room — she was extremely professional and took care of all my requests with great attention.
It’s an ideal hotel for exploring Seoul, whether for shopping, sightseeing, or easy access to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul"
"Very clean and spacious room. Love the kitchen and the balcony. Convenient washer and dryer. They don’t provide toothbrush/toothpaste or laundry detergent but atleast they have 2 convenience stores nearby. Very close to a lot of popular shopping streets that are within 15-20 minute walking distance. Love that the hotel staff are multilingual but we still had a lot of miscommunication and it caused a lot of stress for a short trip."
