The location is wonderful. The hotel is connected to a mall with a metro station. The rooms were lovely, and the housekeeping staff kept them immaculate . The lobby smelt divine. There were a couple of issues. The hallway on the floor we staid had a horrible scent. They had two dehumidifiers outside our room, but it still smelt very bad. Second do not ask the concierge for anything they were absolutely worthless.

What stood out the most was the genuinely friendly and attentive staff, who made the experience especially enjoyable. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be nice to have a more affordable dining option within the hotel.
