6/10 Good

The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The only downfall was the bathtub/shower. Our room had a bathtub with a shower head against one side of the wall. Unfortunately, this led to flooding on the floors after every shower as the water

8/10 Very good

The location is wonderful. The hotel is connected to a mall with a metro station. The rooms were lovely, and the housekeeping staff kept them immaculate . The lobby smelt divine. There were a couple of issues. The hallway on the floor we staid had a horrible scent. They had two dehumidifiers outside our room, but it still smelt very bad. Second do not ask the concierge for anything they were absolutely worthless.

Breakfast extraordinarily expensive at 85,000 Won. Staff exceeded expectations at every encounter. We'll connected to Mall, short walk to the famous Library and Hyundai department store.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was great, it was newly renovated, service was good, convenient location, but the rooms still had the new smell which was abit irritating to the nose, and the toilet wall makes sounds through the night.

10/10 Exceptional

The spacious room and the clean, thoughtfully prepared amenities made the stay very comfortable. What stood out the most was the genuinely friendly and attentive staff, who made the experience especially enjoyable. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be nice to have a more affordable dining option within the hotel. That said, with so many great restaurants and shops just downstairs at COEX Mall, it’s completely understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant two-week stay.

Newly renovated to stylish comfortable stay right at the COEX. Didnt leave the building for our entire trip. Everything you need is inside there.

The room is clean and nice. Brian Ham from the concierge was so helpful and pleasant. He spent times helping us find the restaurants and arrange transportation for us and make sure everything is taking care of.
