"The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. We landed in South Korea at noon and check in wasn’t until 3pm, the front desk agent was super kind and held our check bags until check in. When we checked out, the hotel staff let us leave our baggage with them until our flight which was at 8pm."

"In the room we stayed in, many of the features were visibly old and weathered, including the furniture, carpet, and bathroom. The caulking in the bathroom needs an upgrade, and there were someone's contact lenses in the bathtub... For positives, the air-conditioning works great. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and nice; when I had an issue with my room at check-in, the front desk staff helped us quickly and easily. The free shuttle buses from the hotel to the airport terminal were great, and their drivers were also nice and friendly. This location is also convenient as there is a large selection of restaurants and convenience stores nearby within walking distance."

"The hotel was located very close (5-10 minutes walk) to Paradise City with its shops and restaurants. The shuttle bus was convenient and on time every 20 minutes from terminal 1. The room and hotel was very clean and staff were friendly."

"For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job"
