"Rooms were very nice staff was helpfull as well. Restaurants were very good and fantastic breakfasts buffets. Only minor complaints would be curtains against the rising sun could be better. A lot of sirens could be heard but not much to do about that. The location is very convenient once we figured it out."
Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
6/10 Okay
"Very convienent and attached to terminal 3. Room was very small and they charged us 3300 yen for a check in at 1:30 vs 3 PM which we did not think was all that fair."
"Clean rooms, helpful staff, breakfast was good and catered to both Japanese and western cuisine. Convenience stores and restaurants on lower levels. This hotel is more for Japanese business, so the rooms are considered small for western people, but still spacious enough."
"When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so you could feel the stress when you needed help. The room was clean overall but the room was very old and outdated and you needed to use the big light to turn on all the small lights which I found strange. We only stayed one night thank goodness because we were flying out the next day."
"The hotel was centrally located and extremely convenient. The room was on the smaller side, as expected for central Tokyo, but very comfortable. The shower was amazing."
"Big hotel but easy to find once you're used to it. Located centrally of shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean, staff were nice and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended!"
