Clean , good service and great location

Hotel is new , clean, and quiet. At the heart of shopping district but quite and organized.

The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from.

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). A little bit of home in Kyoto. We have stayed at this property multiple times and every time was great. It’s also in a fantastic location. Easy access to everything. Shopping and restaurants are all close by.

As many reviewers mentioned, this hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the closest metro stop (Marunouchi Line - M10 (Shinjuku Gyoemmae)). The metro stop is small, but accessible to a number of tourist attractions. The hotel is also about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. We loved our stay here; the onsen was a highlight after walking nearly 8-10 miles a day. We could relax, take a nice warm bath, and decompress from the tourist activities we had done that day. The best partsv were the breakfast buffet, the restaurant options and the proximity to transportation.

Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel that’s a short walk to the heart of Shinjuku and all it has to offer during the day and night! Still a quiet room though. Room was on the smaller side but you’re hardly in it anyway since you’re exploring Tokyo!

This was a nice stay, within easy walking distance to Odori Park, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The 9th floor onsen spa was wonderful; three different large baths: hot, very hot and cold. We went every night. Laundry up there too, although we didn't use it. In house masseuse, but breakfast not included. Location couldn't be better; less than two blocks from Kyoto station and within walking distance of some lovely temples with their fabulous gardens.

Large and comfortable room, friendly staff, walking distance from a Kyoto train station. The hotel offers free coffee/tea from 10 PM to 11 PM and free drinks in the evenings with live entertainment. Separate male and female free large hot baths are open until 1 AM. The internet in my room was not working properly, so I was offered a free device to connect to the internet differently.

We stayed at the four beds room for a few days in May 2023. Very pleasant stay. The room is quite larger comparing with other hotels we stayed. The night was quiet, can have a very good sleep. The breakfast is the best. We enjoyed it everyday. Definitely we stay here again if we visit Tokyo in the future.

Nice hotel, not new, Poor breakfast Dont take executive floor- its old and rooms are not for 2 people- They are single with wide bed

Property is on a great location 2 minutes walk from ryogoku train station , staff is very friendly, Room was clean daily with clean towels . Close to supermarket and stores, price is well worth, travel with my 16 year old daughter and was a great experience. Will definitely recommend it You can hear the train but will not take the sleep away .

The lobby, common areas, and the room we were in were so clean. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and I totally recommend anyone. Locationwise, Ikebukuro is not the most busy place, but still you can enjoy most of things including quite close access to anywhere in Tokyo.
