"We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the jacuzzi. It was 9 PM and we couldn’t find the on switch so I asked a staff member in the fitness room and was told it wouldn’t work because it was too close to the 10PM closing time. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to use it to unwind from the day."
"Its okay, very mediocre. The hotel is not at the airport it is 20 minutes away - there is a free shuttle that no one tells you about.
My biggest complaint is that we get there and they charge an addition $50 for "insurance" that is to be credited back, but has not been. We we returned home there are ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON OUR CREDIT CARD with no explanation."
Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center
8/10 Good
"Location, location, location! That’s why you stay at the Sheraton Milan MXP airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were informed that we had been upgraded to the newly remodeled “executive” rooms on the third floor. All new carpet made pulling our luggage a chore. We had to walk about 200 yards to our room, which seemed a haul from the single bank of elevators. We noticed lots of improvements, but sadly they were overshadowed by our room with a bathtub shower that was so high I tripped getting out. The window ceiling area was water stained and the visible exterior was falling down from rain damage. A rainstorm while we were there caused a massive ceiling leak on the 3rd floor we had to alert the staff about. We did order room service and as expected it was pricey. A burger with fries ran $32. It was overcooked to the consistency of a BBQ briquette. In summary, stay for the location, but don’t expect much."
"The floor was a bit beaten up but the room was clean. It was modern and had a bit of a hipster vibe. Not enough elevators. Staff was helpful. Their app for laundry didn’t work. A little pricey for what it was all told."
"This hotel is a real gem! It’s an older hotel but it’s very well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming and their breakfast is out of this world! I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if I’m ever back in Verona."
