Beautiful place wtih an excellent service and food quality.

Great location! Rothenberg is not a easy place to park and this hotel has parking spaces which makes visiting Rothenburg for more than a day trip feasible. Friendly staff, really felt like we were guests visiting friends and family in their home, not a hotel space or generic feeling. Very quaint and lots of character. Would stay here again. Wish we would have stayed longer!

Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

We stayed at Hotel am Steinplatz for a week. The Hotel is great, great location, Great Breakfast, restaurant and Bar. The staff are very helpful and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Hotel itself has a great story and it's where most of the famous German actors were staying and had their parties. Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

Large room and bathroom. Dinning room in seventh floor with large view, serving rich selection breakfast and 24 hours sandwiches and drinks !free of charge. What I miss in the room: working table, wardrobe for close storage and functional light in bathroom.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!

This is one of the most beautiful European hotels that we have stayed in. The ambiance, history, and warmth of the hotel is magical. You feel like you're staying in a Queen's castle but our room was updated and comfortable. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was superb. I recommended this highly!!

This is definitely one of my best experiences in traveling to Europe. What a beautiful setting, convenient and so close to all of the museums and attractions. You can walk over to fine restaurants, concerts and art exhibitions at the Museum Island. The weather was perfect in August. The city is full of history, art and culture. The people were so friendly wherever we went, and the food was exquisite just about any restaurant the we ate.

Service in the restaurant Enoteca should be improved. Not personable to non- Germans

Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.
