Staff was great. This is a great hotel chain and we would stay at their properties anytime.

One can feel when the host/owner cares about the details and takes good care of the establishment. This is one of those places.

We came for 1 night - a soft landing - after driving back from Zadar. Intention was to relax before flying out. I wish we could have stayed longer! Gorgeous hotel! Amazing view. Exceptional staff. Great location, quite, best in town, only few stairs from main street. Beautiful decorated, super clean and very comfortable apartment. Friendly, very kind and helpful host Dubravka. The property is perfect, brand new with underfloor heating. Luxurious, cosy with lot adds such as Rituals. Worth every euro, this is a 5 star accommodation. I'm shocked, they have a hairdryer, a hair iron and a hand steam iron for clothes. If we come back to Dubrovnik for sure will stay there again. Would highly...

Beautiful hotel in a great location with a very friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere. The only disappointment was that several outlets in our room didn’t work, which created some inconvenience during our stay. While the front desk was always polite and eventually offered a room change after multiple conversations, we were surprised the issue wasn’t addressed sooner or followed through on more proactively, as the hotel otherwise delivers a very high-end experience.

My favorite hotel of my three week stay! Super professional and accommodating staff (on par with a Four Seasons), very quiet room and hallways, beautiful breakfast (although "in room" because of Covid), a perfect location to see the old town on a quiet street. Luggage transport was not a problem. I will definitely try and stay here again and recommend to all.

A wonderful place to stay. The location cannot be beat. The service was friendly and helpful. The parking requires coordinating a shuttle. The paint in the room was peeling and the room door was challenging to lock and unlock. Besides those minor things, this place was perfect. Bonus Tip: avoid the restaurant 5 Above, it was the worst food I have had in the 14 countries I have visited outside the US. We loved staying here for our visit to Plitvice. The rooms were spotless and so beautifully decorated. The staff takes your luggage on a golf cart leaving you to meander your way to your cabin. The shower was very nice and spacious which is great after a long day of hiking. There were a ton of family-friendly activities like lawn bowling, ping-pong etc, all outside in the perfect Croatian weather. We ate at the cafe most meals and everything was tasty.. Great place to stay in Dubrovnik. Quiet location but steps to the action and to a grocery store. Ancient on the outside, but a Manhattan apartment inside. Perfect for suitcases on rollers. (no steps)

Traveling to another country can be stressful, but the staff/owner made it stress free even prior to checking in! We were initially nervous of getting lost to find the entrance, or not being able to find parking because August is a busy month. Super nice staff with a range of spotless, well-renovated apartments. Fairly close to everything, but quiet and away from the old city's crowds. Super helpful staff and the personal touch that made it a great baser for our short stay in Split. Not my favorite place to visit in Croatia, but if I ever went back, I'd be happy to stay there again.

Hidden gem in a sea of options. A bit of a hilly walk down to the beach but after eating your weight in beach gelato-it’s a welcome jaunt to get steps in and burn off the calories. The area is a bit busy but we liked the location to get to other less crowded beaches. Breakfast was absolutely amazing-I will miss it terribly and will not be able to stomach DIY waffle makers and stale tasteless pastries in US hotels. Staff was helpful and extremely attentive.
