Wonderful location. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was a recommendation from a friend from the US. It provided us with an excellent breakfast and simple sleeping accommodation. The staff organized our car service from the airport and a staff member meet his at the gate to help us with our bags… perfect after a long flight

A fantastic stay in a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast in the room each morning was great. Being met at the airport and then gate to the old town was an excellent service and made sure we found the hotel. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and the advice given by the staff about what we could do was excellent as was the restaurant recommendation.

Excellent Hotel

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The St. Joseph's Hotel is conveniently located in Old Town. The staff catered to our every need! We enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our room everyday with amazing home baked goods. If it is available you should have dinner at the St. Joseph's Hotel cooked by their Chef. I highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to return!

This hotel was located in a great spot inside the old town, close to bars, restaurants and the beaches. The main host, Neminja could not have been more helpful or friendly. We loved our stay at St Joseph’s! The room was lovely and comfortable. The best part was the personalized service! Every member of the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. I have traveled a lot. The sincere truly above and beyond service of the staff was incredible. The day time front reception person was always helpful and courteous. The young lady who cooked breakfast was very attentive and served me an excellent breakfast. The early morning ( possibly overnight) reception person prepared breakfast for me in early 6:30 am. Not only that but he escorted me out from the hotel to the city gate by carrying my suitcase. I have never seen such above and beyond great service. The croissants for breakfast was just delicious. Freshly baked. The room was renovated in good taste. I liked it. Due to the excellent location in old town, the room is small. But I expected that. Yet the room was very charming. The bed was very very comfortable. I loved the tiles of shower. So cute. One must use google map to find the hotel or just navigate old town streets. No staircases if you enter from the gate ( the directions closer to airport) If you enter from Pile gate ( direction closer to bus station) then you have to deal with staircases ( the receptionist carried my suitcase for me ) It is great location in middle of old town. Those narrow streets are soooo charming. Close to all monuments restaurants and shopping. I definitely go back and stay this hotel. No elevator ( the receptionist helped me w suitcase).

Amazing hotel, service and breakfast.

Staff members are incredibly attentive. Breakfast on time everyday and delicious! Not to mention beautiful. Made us feel special. Two things they could improve: 1. Toilet paper holder fixed. Right now it sits on the counter and gets wet. Not sanitary either. 2. Better lighting in the bathroom such as a make up mirror. It was difficult to put makeup on with low light. Minor issues but both would improve the overall experience.
