"Our room was given away after a late check in that we gave notice to - had to move to an adjacent property that was to be aware of the situation but wasn’t and we had to repay- stuck working to get our funds back after my family was dismissed in the middle of the night."

"Our room at a condom wrapper on the bed once we first checked in. All they did was ask if we wanted someone to come clean it for us. I had to ask for a discount and then they offered for us to switch rooms. No upgrade just the same room but cleaner. No discount either. Pool was closed and we weren’t told about that either when we checked in. Only found out way later when we tried to use the pool and saw it was closed. Bathrooms in lobby were mostly out of order or very dirty . Not worth your money to stay here at all. Expensive rooms for very low quality. No free breakfast either . Don’t waist your time here"

Nice clean rooms. Hallways showing some wear in the historic side. One bedroom with sofa bed - sofa bed mattress not very comfortable, really thin. Not enough bedding, just a thin blanket and one pillow."
