The resort is located a 5-min boat ride away from San Pedro and the resort provided a boat service that was always available at 15-20 mins notice, and the boat captain was highly responsive and helpful, even showing us specific shops in San Pedro that we needed, so we didn't get lost. We stayed at Chaa Creek based upon online reviews, but no amount of praise can do this place justice. Spacious and clean rooms, immaculate grounds, awesome staff, meals that we can't stop talking about (menu changes daily and everything is prepared fresh), plus activities galore. I took a chance on this place since I could not find any reviews. I'm very glad I did! The staff was wonderful and the place was absolutely beautiful. If you want to experience the jungle (with comfort) this is the place to go. I could also walk to Blue Hole National Park within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

An upscale hotel with an excellent restaurant and a nice spa. My massage was nice but not what I would consider truly professional, just felt a bit relaxing. The interior is done very nicely, both in the lobby and the restaurant. Service at the restaurant is slow. I gave this hotel 4 stars because cleaning staff forgot their washing rags inside my room when I checked in. It wasn’t a deal breaker but took a little away from the overall upscale experience.

We loved Villas at Playa de Coco! The room configuration was great whether your traveling as a couple, with multiple friends, or it would make for a fantastic retreat. The property finishes are high quality, staff was friendly and helpful, semi private pool was lovely and the beach was immaculate. We had the best time and cant wait to go back!!!

The host accommodated me even though my flight in was after the listed check in time on the site. He also arranged for my transportation to the property. The condo was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and you could even smell the cleanliness of the unit and the sheets. Being a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure.

The property is well managed and is in a central location next to the cruise ship docks and the Belize sign. The adjoining yoga, health and café center next door were very nice. Didn't have time for a class, but wish I did:)

This property was very well maintained. The bathroom can use acouple hooks for towels so they can be reused. They have an excellent restaurant with a great view from the rooftop. There is contructiong happening on an adjacent building so that cramped thing a we bit. Noise wss not an issue. The property has a store on the first level which has everything you may need.

This hotel wass by far the best we stayed in on our Belize trip, despite the fact that others were more expensive and higher rated. The room was extemely spacious and we appreciated the fridge (wee didn't use the rest of the kitchen as we ate out). Everything was clean and there was lots of closet space (again, we did not have that in other hotels). This place is awesome. It's just a couple minutes outside of the town of Orange Walk and all of the rooms overhang a beautiful little lagoon. The staff is amazing, friendly and very attentive. The restaurant and bar are covered by a beautiful huge palapa. The restaurant has great food, breakfast lunch and dinner. Our stay was wonderful. We are a mom & 3 daughters on a girls get away! Hotel has complimentary paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles. Wonderful swim up bar. Delicious food in the restaurant. Extremely helpful staff. Jason was exceptionally helpful. Also complementary shuttle in to town and to/from airport The hotel is quite remote. If you don't have a car you must rely on the shuttle which has set hours that may not match up with your plans

We knew based off reviews this resort was going to be nice, what we didnt know is how amazing the staff truly would be. Bernie, our main bartender, was a blast to hang out with during the day. I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during a business trip. My room was beautiful and overlooked the sea, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Belize City, yet it's conveniently close to everything. The staff is wonderful and truly makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kiki Witz. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, and the grounds were lovely. Lots of beautiful birds and other animals to see.

Need more options for the menu. Kindly inform the staffs that breakfast is included in the cost. The staff mentioned you can check the menu if you need other options. Guess they are not aware that the breakfast has cost as well and the customer covered that it not gratis.
