Chan Chich presents a unique experience to the adventurous traveler. We stayed 3 nights at this hidden gem and loved every minute. The lodge is simply gorgeous, our two bedroom cabin was perfect, the food is wonderful, wildlife, mayan history and birding tours are exceptional and the service was impeccable.

We had the place to ourselves and the beautiful wildlife right on the river. Shanna and Kenny were wonderful and handled every aspect of our trip. The pool and bbq were fun! I would definitely stay here again. The family of Howler Monkeys with babies were my favorite part. Peaceful, serene, and in the jungle.

We stayed at the Palms for a night as Hurricane Beryl approached Belize. The property was lovely, but the best part was the wonderful staff- Angelee and Selvin were absolutely amazing! They helped us in a million ways, and always with great friendliness, even in the anxious hours before the storm arrived. Next time we go to Belize City, we'll definitely stay at the Palms!

I had a wonderful time location was close to great restaurants bars and beaches . I would definitely recommend and stay there again the locals are very friendly and a stone throw away from secret beach .

We stayed at Chaa Creek based upon online reviews, but no amount of praise can do this place justice. Spacious and clean rooms, immaculate grounds, awesome staff, meals that we can't stop talking about (menu changes daily and everything is prepared fresh), plus activities galore. From the time I booked our stay, the staff here was nothing short of spectacular. They offered tons of helpful information and were extremely helpful in planning offsite excursions in the area. I took a chance on this place since I could not find any reviews. I'm very glad I did! The staff was wonderful and the place was absolutely beautiful. If you want to experience the jungle (with comfort) this is the place to go. I could also walk to Blue Hole National Park within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in the stone house which was ok but did not have any outdoor space to chill in. Typically in our vacations we like to sit on a porch and do nothing. I noticed that there were several other options that might be perfect for this on the property so next time I might pick more carefully which room we are in. Incredibly beautiful. So much to see on the 7200 acres. Abundant wildlife . Pine forest and broadleaf jungle. Jaguar Reserve. Waterfalls everywhere. Could not believe what we were seeing. Made it hard to travel off the property to see other sites. Staff was wonderful. Ofelia ,Marissa Jaime,Hector made us feel right at home.Really looked out for us. Accommodations exquisite. Food and drinks top shelf. Must return. Just scratched the surface in five days.

Everything about the hotel was beautiful, there were plenty of restaurants, the staff was amazing, when I would post on my social media, everyone asked where I was at because it looked so pretty. We will definitely be back.

Check-in was well organized by Stephanie for our group of 6. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, and convenient to all property amenities. Food menu had a nice variety. Service was a bit slow at times, but we were in no hurry. The staff at this property went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of. The were very accommodative. Karaoke night Friday was a huge surprise and PLUS!

The host accommodated me even though my flight in was after the listed check in time on the site. He also arranged for my transportation to the property. The condo was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and you could even smell the cleanliness of the unit and the sheets. Being a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure.

An upscale hotel with an excellent restaurant and a nice spa. My massage was nice but not what I would consider truly professional, just felt a bit relaxing. The interior is done very nicely, both in the lobby and the restaurant. Service at the restaurant is slow. I gave this hotel 4 stars because cleaning staff forgot their washing rags inside my room when I checked in. It wasn’t a deal breaker but took a little away from the overall upscale experience.

Just what I needed, security, cleanliness and comfort. Solo travelled, definitely will stay again on the next visit.

Very clean & well maintained. The staff was very helpful & cheerful. The restaraunt was very good. (every bit as good as some more expensive places) Also the food & drink prices were quite reasonable. The location is within easy walking distance of most activities as well as just exploring the town. On San Pedro I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Lotta fun & good vibes & an excellent value!

Portofino was an amazing resort that was secluded but not desolate. The vibe is great, the staff is all very good at their jobs. From Nick the general manager to Raul the bartender to Marcos the other bartender everyone was very helpful and very willing to go out of their way to help make us comfortable. This is place is a bit outside of the city, but totally worth it. It's very clean and relaxing and the breakfast is quite good. No stale donuts or questionable pancake batter here. They were really good about making arranging transport for us and making sure we were comfortable. Also, the staff is super friendly, especially the drivers and front desk staff. Overall, a very great experience!
