The staff was the big difference, from the desk staff to maintenance to folks at the bar, all went out or their way to make out stay memorable. Plenty of places to eat in the area, was able to get our snorkeling excursion right out the back door and even got a massage on the beach.

Great location, always an ocean view! The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and always accommodating. For a family of five adults and two teenagers it was perfect. We enjoyed walking to all of San Pedro by using the beach, which is firm, and then using the streets. The staff was very kind and accommodating when I complained of noise. They Relocated us very quickly and the new room was outstanding. Quiet and the view was perfect. The housekeeping staff were also kind. Lost Gringos was a fun & happening place Thursday night for the chicken drop. That was a show all in itself.
