My husband and I loved staying at Seiri Del Mar! The grounds are stunning and the condo provided everything we needed. The on-site washer and dryer was a plus! Ratka, her husband, and entire staff were so kind. Whenever I had a question I would just ask anyone and they would help us. We will definitely be back. The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

An upscale hotel with an excellent restaurant and a nice spa. My massage was nice but not what I would consider truly professional, just felt a bit relaxing. The interior is done very nicely, both in the lobby and the restaurant. Service at the restaurant is slow. I gave this hotel 4 stars because cleaning staff forgot their washing rags inside my room when I checked in. It wasn’t a deal breaker but took a little away from the overall upscale experience.
