"Could not ask for a better location. The staff were helpful, the property is beautiful, and you are right in the heart of exploring London! The only downside was having to reserve a time to use the pool, which was not made clear when booking."

"The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring London, especially with children. It is ideally located for various transport options and close to alot of major attractions. The staff were all fantastic with the kids. The rooms were perfectly designed for a stay with children. We stayed in a studio and having the extra space with another bed in a separate area made everything slot easier. The kitchenette was also really useful. "
