"The property doesn’t communicate with the SPA staff. It would be nice if the front desk is aware of the SPA rules to inform the guests when they check in instead of one gets surprised by rules which require additional purchase. In addition, to the SPA staff are selective to who they want to enforce the rules to & who to ignore."
