Brand new hotel with a very stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok if not outstanding. ( really bad coffee at breskfast. Something that would have been easy to fix). Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. And the pictures of a beach at the booking site are very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near a beach.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The room was extremely cold, and despite calling the reception , our request was ignored. No assistance was provided throughout the night. My family, especially the children, had to endure the cold until morning without any support from the reception or service staff. Due to this lack of care and responsibility, we decided to leave the hotel and book another one the next day. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Dedeman. Because of how this situation was handled, I will never choose any Dedeman hotel again. Best regards

Oda temizliği ve konforu ile harikaydı. Aile odasında arada kapı, iki ayrı klima ve iki banyo bulunmakta. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Eksi diyebileceğim yönler oda kartı her gün sıfırlanıyordu, her gün resepsiyona gidip yeniden açtırdım. Televizyonda internet olmadığından akıllı özellikleri kullanılamıyordu. Bir de elbiseler için sadece küçük ve açık bir vestiyer var, kapalı ve biraz daha büyük bir dolap iyi olurdu.

Otelin sadece kendi müşterileri için kullanabileceği bir plaj yok. Bunu sitelerinde açıkça belirtmeleri daha iyi olurdu. Yakınlarda bulunan halk plajında yer alan bir işletmeyle anlaşma yapılmış ve onlar şezlong/şemsiye sağlıyorlar. Ancak ne yazık ki onlar da bize yeterince yardımcı olamadılar ve ilk gün sadece şezlong verebildiler. İkinci gün şemsiye ve şezlong imkanı sağlansa da, plaja oldukça uzak yürüme mesafesine anca koyabileceklerini belirttiler. Otelde çalışan arkadaşlar ellerinde olmayan bazı sebeplerden dolayı bu sorunların tamamen çözülemediğini belirtseler de, daha iyi hizmet sağlayabileceklerini düşünüyordum.

Onu söylediklerim Yukarıdaki erdemli - dedeman icin.. Gaziantep hotels'e bağlı Gaziantep özellikle kahvaltı çok passat kirli oda ayak altında Yani odalar temiz ama ayak altında konumu çok kötü Gazi Otel için bir daha kalır mısınız kalmam o fiyata.. Malesef çok büyük şoka uğradık.Özel plajı var diye tercih etmiştim.Bir gittik ki halk plajında 3 tane şezlong ayırmışlar.Şaka yapıyorlar sandım denize giremedik bile yani özel plaj diye özellik ekliyorlar arayıp sorduğumda plajınız nasıl bebekle geleceğiz diye yine belirtmediler halk plajı olduğunu.Bu resmen insan kandırmak

Öncelikle otel hiç beklediğim gibi değildi. Kendine özel plajı var dendiği halde özel plajı yoktu ve plaja uzaktı. Hava şartları nedeniyle rezervasyonda değişiklik talebimde hiç yardımcı olunmadı. Ne değişiklik ne de iptal yapıldı. Üst katta eğlence salonu gibi bir yer vardı gece 11’e kadar gürültü yapıldı. Odalarda balkon yoktu hava almak için sürekli koridordaki alanlarına gitmek zorunda kaldım. Normalde 1 yıldız verecektim. Ama personelin ilgi alakası ve güleryüzü bir de odaların tasarımından dolayı 3 yıldız veriyorum. Bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.
