We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

impeccable service by warm and friendly staff who were attentive without being obtrusive. beautiful, tranquil grounds lower your blood pressure immediately upon entering and the gorgeous scenery only adds to the overall ambience. the bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and comfortable. it might be useful to have a safety gate on the stairs in case of children or folks who use the restroom in the middle of the night, though. facilities were serene and lovely. the outdoor soaking area...

This hotel has the most beautiful view of Sun Moon Lake. In the morning the reflection of the surrounding mountain range peaking thru the mist is breath-taking. The facility is outstanding, as is the staff. The atmosphere is laid back and soothing, the spa is fabulous, & the pool picture perfect. The hotel is fabulous for adults, although ok for families, not sure there is much to recommend for children.
