THe staff and room were great! However, the food was so so, particularly for the breakfast buffet. And no wine for dinner. The bicycles were not in the best condition, as some had deflated tires, worn brakes. Still, we were able to really enjoy the whole Sun Moon lake area

Great Lake views with space room for the family of 4. The breakfast buffet was also excellent! The offered free bikes to cycle around the lake. They also have lots of entertainments for kids. It’s definitely a good resort for family vacation.

Attentive, helpful staff, they reopened the restaurant when we arrived in the early afternoon so we could get a bite to eat. They could not have done more to take care of us. For English only speakers language is a minor challenge. Sending requests via What’s App so they can translate was helpful. Likewise using Google Translate or equivalent gets the job done. Excellent buffet breakfast, beautiful sunrise views from our room. Best shower in Taiwan.
