Can’t speak highly enough about this place! The customer service, the details, the beauty! I don’t even have kids, but I wish I did so I can bring them to this place. They’ve dedicated a whole floor with entertainment for all ages of kids including the newest PlayStations, at least 5 of them, an arcade, jungle gym, the pool, the rooftop, the rooms, the views!! I could go on and on! Beautiful place!! 5 STAR ACCOMMODATION!!

They offered us an upgrade and it was amazing. Only area of improvement will be dining. Breakfast had limited options and it took 1 hour to serve food at dinner

Experience the relaxation and beauty of a serene northern Thai homestay. Kind staff, stunning location, and delicious breakfast. Taking in the scenery on a balcony hammock was the most peaceful part of our trip to asia. Thanks for the unforgettable stay!!

Very clean and comfortable stay! The staff was lovely, very helpful in navigating how to go to popular destinations. They also provide a free shuttle service to local spots as well as the BTS sky train station (which is also just a 5min walk)! Will be back

The best feature of this hotel is its location, both in terms of natural beauty and privacy…just a short tuk tuk or taxi drive from the heart of Patong, Bangala Road. I enjoyed my six-night stay here. The staff were truly lovely, the included breakfasts were enjoyable -- a good selection of choices served quickly. A little oasis in the middle of a busy city. I had a one-bedroom suite with jetted tub -- the suite was large, immaculately clean and comfortable for my 6-night stay. Stayed at a different property that was ok. This property had a shuttle which was really nice for that area. There is no Grab service in Pai and taxi service is expensive. Rooms were decent and breakfast was really nice. Much closer to walking street then slot of other properties in area.

Best for families with young children!

Lovely smaller hotel located on a small side street just outside the old city. This proved to be an excellent location with easy access to the night markets and many of the beautiful Wats. Nice selection of good to excellent restaurants nearby on Thapae Road, along with a wide range of other shopping. We particularly liked the restaurant Ugo. My daughter and myself spent 9 nights at this wonderful hotel - just what we hoped for - close to the shops, restaurants, beaches, excellent breakfast, clean pools, friendly staff, massages, even a cake in my room on my birthday! Lovely extras in our room - robes, shoes, umbrellas, beach towels, stocked bar fridge - our balcony overlooked a pond and lovely garden as well as the swimming pool. I booked this hotel initially for the price. It was affordable and it was within my budget. A few days before coming here, I informed them that I won't make the 12 midnight check-in time because my flight arrives late. They replied back immediately and said it was no problem and they will reserve my room. I arrived at the hotel a little past midnight and was delighted that they even gave me an upgrade to a suite! That was very nice and generous of them. The room was superb and so spacious!...

This was a beautiful boutique hotel complete with a full spa and 2 pools, as well as a bar and restaurant. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Transportation was abundant. This hotel was 1/4 m. from the city center gates, yet just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to night markets and activities.
