"The staff at the reception were all helpful and friendly. Had no problems communicating too. The bed was big enough for 2 adults and a toddler comfortably. Shower has body soap available and it smells amazing. It’s a really good hotel for families as it has a kitchenette which is convenient when you are traveling with children. "

"Our stay in hotel SB win 4 sup was great, cleanliness was excellent, hotel room was just like in the pictures and swimming pool was nice. Staff were always available and it was easy to get transport from here. Overall nice quiet area with a few supermarkets and bakery and coffee shops where you could get really nice stuff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future "

Towels are changed even if not on the floor which make it not very eco friendly. Recycling bin in the corridor are good thing. There is a lovely outdoor pool and a gym. Unfortunately the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service when we stayed there. Shuttle available for free to go to bus or metro stop with very friendly...

"This place is a small pearl, very well located at the old habour with lots of restaurants, beach and everything needed very close by.
Staff is friendly, breakfast was nice, and all was clean and in good conditions.
