"A modern, very quiet and comfortable air conditioned hotel with easy parking as it is in a shopping mall on the outskirts of Prague. The parking is quite expensive (around £25 a night I think) but is very convenient. The metro station is in the downstairs of the shopping centre and there are trams straight into the centre of Prague too. The inclusive breakfast buffet is extensive."

"I chose this hot based on reviews I read of how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were.
This was not the case.
They were very rude, not at all helpful and gave us the wrong time for our breakfast.
When I raised this, they didn’t come up with a solution or suggestion.
They claimed we had it written down on welcome card in the room.
We didn’t receive this so we had nothing to refer to.
We therefore missed out on breakfast and had to pay for brunch in the hotel.
