As of January 2019, this property is fairly new, I think it is less than a year since it open. Across is the Robinson Mall where you can find everything you need. Breakfast was "Outstanding!" Staff are very attentive and willing to help behind their duty. Reception even lend me her own personal cell phone to make a phone call. The young Bell boy, I think his name is Steven, he's really the key for the success of this hotel for he has plenty of recommendation to offer in terms with tourist...

It offers efficient, accommodating available early check-in, efficient FD staff, and excellent freshly made Filipino breakfast. This 4-story property, unfortunately, does not provide elevator service making it a less than ideal place for guests with mobility issue. This deficiency is offset by a superb bell hop and housekeeping service staff that's eager to extend assistsnce when one is needed.
