"Staff where very friendly, place was nice but our room wasn't upto standard. Very dusty, phone in room not working, no Information in room for WiFi or how to use coffee machine/pods. No bath mat or towel to stand on after bath or shower so slippery. Floor in hallway had been cleaned in morning but no signs and slippy. "
