A great hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very well maintained.

The hotel was understaffed, but they tried hard and were pleasant. The property feels old and tired, and equal to the high price. The rooms were hot and we were warned not to leave the windows open because sea gulls would come in.

Lovely interior and staff at reception very helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. Only drawback for us was the room was very very warm even with the window open and a fan on which meant we didn't sleep well during our stay.

Great stay. It took a long time to get checked in we sat for 25 mins to get checked in. Apart from this excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay . Near to giants causeway , Bushmills whiskey and on the circuit of the Northwest 200. We had nibbles in the bar with cocktails after a busy day followed by a very pleasant dinner and then a game of snooker . The staff were good fun . We had a good night

Everything was excellent. The only issue was two nights of disrupted sleep. We were in a front facing room and the street noise did not abate all night. Would request a back room if staying again.

The Adelphi Portrush is definitely NOT a five-star hotel, nor nothing near it. To start off the receptionist - Aidan- is hopeless and actually a bit stupid. The hotel offers parking in the Atlantic hotel but Aidan couldn't tell me how to get there. It would have been helpful if he told me to look out for the Ramada Hotel sign but he didn't. Nor did he tell what number parking spot was appointed to me. He also told me the fob he gave me was for the barrier. There is no barrier. He gave my husband a crazy explanation about the availability of breakfast in bed. It would have been much easier if he had just said that it was not available - another sign that this is not a five-star hotel. The room was small, the bed was small, the curtains did not draw all the way out to the edge of the window, the blind would not roll up. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. All these are signs of it not being a five-star hotel.

Room was clean, had an excellent bed and a terrific bathroom. Hotel was nice and quiet, no hearing other rooms TVs or chat. Complimentary chocolate and gin was also a nice touch. Central location means you are only a short walk from the Harbour, Train Station and the beach. Only negative of the room was the heating/air conditioning. Heating was a radiator which was very warm but with no air conditioning we struggled to cool the room down even with the window open and we visited end of February so i can imagine it being unpleasant in the summer with no air conditioning. But other than that, a perfect hotel

Couldn't Fault Anything. My mum was just out of hospital plus has Alzheimer's. They have went 100% Above And More For Us. Lovely Food, Fantastic Staff. Beautiful Rooms. Definitely Will Stay Again. KEEP Up The Great Service Folks 👍 👏 👌

You must be joking I paid £25 for cancellation to protect my booking and it was refused I did not ask for a cancellation I asked for a new date that could go to the hotel can I have my £25 back!!!!
