Our only gripe about this otherwise excellent place to stay was that the bar staff refused or were unable to serve hot drinks when we looked for a late evening nightcap and one of us wanted a herbal tea (along with a schnapps!). The excuse was that there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that simply is not credible for this class of hotel. "
"I arrived just after 9pm and were confirmed room service was available. After two visits to the reception, several searches of the room for a menu (which I was told was there twice) trying to go through their membership subscription I finally, at 9:35 got through to room service only to be told that kitchen closed at 9:30.. and they couldn't help.
I was also allocated a room with twin beds, I have asked for double, they could change the room in their systems, so I didn't get the room I had booked..
Overall, very poor service"
