This is a comfortable, good big hotel close to a U bahn stop. There is a great buffet breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful. Would stay here again. The St Georg district with many good options for eating is close by. Hbf is 10 minutes walk away along a very busy street - lots of shops and people. Many street people near the station - we didn't feel unsafe, but keep your guard! Hotel is opposite a big police station.

A nice hotel but we felt overpriced for what it was & the location. Also the air conditioning didn’t work in our room where the temperature was 24.7C! There was a phone in the room but no information as to what numbers to call for house key, reception etc. when we mentioned this at reception we were told it’s on the QR code, I said how are we supposed to know that.

Room size was fine. Clean, comfortable. The design was not the most up to date but was well maintained. There should be an outlet in the bathroom. The staff and service were great. Location was OK. Many restaurants shops around. Supermarket just across the street. Restaurants tend to be the same kind of food though. As a whole, very satisfying. We came early and was able to check in immediately. There were gym and sauna!
