Excellent location for the town, the bus and train station and hover craft, however the hovercraft is quite noisy if your room at the front of the building. Right on the bus route as well so very easy access to Gunwharf Quay & the old naval museum with the Mary Rose, which is a must visit if you haven't done it already. If you do stay at the hotel there was a 20% naval museum discount for us curtesy of the Queens hotel."
