"We were pleased to find that the reviews we had read about the friendly and helpful staff and the clean rooms and the great breakfast were all true! It is tremendous value for money, there were tea and coffee making facilities, a shower, towels, shower gel and shampoo, a flat screen tv and wifi and parking. There was also a bar but we didn't have time to visit it during our stay. We will certainly book again when needing accommodation in or near Ryde."

"I stayed at this property with my husband, elderly mother and infant son. Both my elderly mother and my infant child are extremely vulnerable to the heat. The blind in my elderly mother's bedroom was broken (despite clearly shown to be working in the listing photograph) meaning there was no airflow through the room, making it not only uncomfortable but also dangerously hot.
