"What a beautiful hotel, this was in the perfect location for popping to San Siro or into town on the but away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing break. Another plus is the location just round the corner from the city life mall. Nothing was too much trouble for Paolo, there was an issue with our room so we were immediately moved and we were treated to a welcome selection of cakes. "We loved the hotel room layout for a family of 4. The “living room” area turned into two twin beds perfect for our two kids. The breakfast was fine.. nothing spectacular but good variety. Location is great. A 15m slow walk to the duomo or the tram which was super easy. Removed 1 star bc the reception refused to loan me 2 glasses for wine. I thought that was pretty silly "

"This is a great place to stay while you are in Milan. The delicate wooden walls and doors of the hotel is reminiscent of the “Urushi” Japanese art o “lacca”. Great staff and a bonus is the free parking on-site."
