"I have to mention Louis, breakfast server in the bar area. I will just say our second morning of breakfast with Louis was a complete turn around from the first day of our stay. Louis got our day started with coffee and bread choices (which was not offered prior) and an attitude just friendly enough to feel he enjoyed what he was doing.
